Services, Inc. Montgomery, Illinois. Full service real estate company offering residential
brokerage, property management, appraisals.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (since 1988)
Started appraising in 1987 and am thoroughly
familiar with all appraisal procedures used in valuing 1-4 family
residential properties. Have performed hundreds of appraisal reviews for
clients throughout the country. I have an emphasis in litigation work and
have a particular interest in reviewing appraisals for USPAP compliance.
